All woodwork orders are custom-made to specification. Once production has commenced (after booking deposit is paid), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us before placing your order with any concerns. We stand behind our workmanship — any defect in labour quality will be corrected at no charge within 30 days of installation.
