Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Islamabad Wood Works, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are for labour only unless explicitly stated.
Material costs are separate and agreed upon before production begins.
A minimum 50% advance payment is required to begin production.
Remaining balance is due before installation.

Custom Orders

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted. Changes to order specifications after production begins may incur additional charges.

Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Installation dates are confirmed upon booking. We aim to complete all projects on the agreed timeline, subject to material availability.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all installed woodwork. Material defects are subject to supplier warranty terms.

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement. In case of unresolved disputes, the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts applies.
